We will process your order within 1-3 business days. If we are experiencing high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed a few days.
We are a Canadian company and we charge in Canadian Dollars. If you are ordering outside of Canada please use the currency tab to select your country's currency, this will provide you with the approximate converted rate in your country's currency.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
ORDERS OUTSIDE OF CANADA:
Orders being delivered outside of Canada may be subjected to additional taxes, duties, tariffs, custom clearance charges or VAT. We do not collect this beforehand and can't give you an estimate on the cost because it varies widely around the world.
For the Power Whitening Kit:
Everyone's teeth whitens differently. It may take multiple sessions to completely rid your teeth of tough stains. We are not able to refund purchases unless the product is defective or you qualify for a refund in accordance with our Money Back Guarantee.
For other online products (other than the Power Whitening Kit):
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original, unused and unaltered condition. The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition.
For treatment packages or service vouchers:
Service vouchers and treatment packages are non-refundable. If for some unforeseen circumstances you are unable to go through with the service, we can exchange it for credit on other services (no products). Return must be requested within 14 days from date of purchase.
